Services

From the site you have to the one that wins you work.

We take the tired site you have and turn it into one that brings people in. Planning, writing, design, and building in one place, not a stack of vendors.

Builds start at $5,500.

The work behind the wonder

Four kinds of work. One website.

You don’t pick these from a menu. Every project gets all four, in order. The last one, making the site useful, is why the first three matter.

  1. We review your current site, work out what sets you apart, and decide what each kind of visitor needs to see first. On Nostos, this step showed the site wasn’t really an outdated marketing site. It was a private guest guide, and half the business had never been put online at all.

    • Structure
    • What comes first
    • A path for each visitor
  2. The look and feel: type, color, images, layouts that work on any screen, motion, and clickable mockups. The goal is to stand out for a reason. A beach rental should feel different from a fight gym, and both should feel different from everyone else in their field.

    • Typography
    • Visual direction
    • Motion
  3. Clean, modern code, an easy way to edit your own pages, connections to the tools you already use, speed, accessibility, and the basics of showing up in search. That includes the unglamorous parts. When Nostos moved to its new site, it kept every one of its old page addresses, because the search ranking a site has already earned is worth protecting.

    • Speed
    • Accessibility
    • Easy editing
  4. Online ordering, ways for new customers to get in touch, booking, dashboards, behind-the-scenes admin screens, notifications, and improvements once real people are using it. The storefront is only half of a build like this. The half nobody sees decides whether an order actually gets made.

    • Ordering
    • Admin tools
    • Notifications

Looking for something more specific?

The four above are how we plan the work. Here’s the same work under the names people usually search for.

Before you choose one

How much does a website cost?

Most projects run $5,500 to $15,000+, starting at $5,500. A few things change the price: how big the site is, whether your wording and message are already worked out or need help, whether we need to protect your current search rankings while moving the site, and whether it needs to connect to other tools, like booking, ordering, payments or a customer database (CRM). We agree the scope and price before anything is built.

Is there a monthly option, or is it all up front?

There are three options, and one starts at zero. Pay in full before we start and take 10% off. Split it, half to start and half on delivery, at no extra cost. Or put nothing down and pay a fixed amount each month over 12 or 18 months. The plan fee is 10% a year on the balance, and that's the whole difference between paying now and paying later. There's no credit check and no lender: your payment agreement is with us. Every number is on the pricing page.

What does it cost to keep the site after launch?

$150 a month covers hosting, updates, backups and small edits. $450 a month adds a set block of studio time each month. $1,100 a month gets you our Retained plan, with priority turnaround. You can also get hosting on its own for $45 a month, and small changes at $95 an hour, if you'd rather not be on a plan at all. A plan isn't a way of renting your website. Your domain is yours from day one and the code is yours once the build is paid for, you can cancel any plan any month, and your site doesn't stop working if you stop paying for a plan.

Do you use templates or WordPress themes?

No. There's no marketplace theme, no page builder and no starter layout under any site we make. Every project is designed from a blank page for one business and built with standard code the client owns outright once it's paid for. That usually costs more than a theme install (the two are different products that happen to share a name), but our prices sit in the lower half of the local agency range, not above it.

Which of the four services do I need?

Most people don't know at the start, and that's fine. If your current site isn't working for you anymore, we rebuild it. If you're starting fresh or changing direction, we design a new one. If you already have a design and need it built properly, we build it. If the site looks fine but it's slow, hard to update or hard to find, we fix what's underneath. We'll work it out together in the first conversation.

How does an engagement start?

With a Website Possibility Session: forty-five minutes looking at your actual site together. No sales pitch and no obligation. If a smaller project would serve you better than the one you asked about, we'll tell you then.

Do you do logo design as well as websites?

Yes. A logo on its own is $850 and the full identity system is $1,950, and each is 20% less with a build. Doing both together costs less because the same decisions only get made once. You get a full set, not a single file: the logo, a color palette checked for readable contrast, fonts, and a short brand guide. You own the source files outright once they're paid for.

Is web development separate from web design?

Here they're the same project, and that's on purpose. A design that can't be built, and a build that loses the design, are the two most expensive mistakes in this business. Both happen when the work is split between different companies. What your visitors see and the machinery behind it (ordering, accounts, admin, connections to other tools) are one set of code, and it's yours.

Do you work with businesses outside Houston?

Yes. We're in Cypress, we work across greater Houston, and we work with clients anywhere. Almost all of our work together happens online, so the process is the same either way.

How long does a project take?

Most run two to six weeks, depending on complexity. What slows things down is rarely the design or the building. It's how quickly decisions about your content get made and approved.
